A little bit about who we are

Priority Mortgage Corporation is a network of independently owned mortgage companies located throughout the midwest. Though we have been operating our two branches under the Indigo name since January of 2003, we have been helping people buy and refinance homes for over 19 straight years.

The key to our success has been three-fold. The first part of it is that we solidly advise our clients to help them choose the right mortgage for their financial situation. Our expertise in this area is second to none and the fact that 60-70% of our clients have come from referrals is a big indication that we're doing something right.

The second key to our success is our unwavering belief that we are a champion of the people. In an industry where stories of mortgage companies taking advantage of consumers are far too common, we believe that our client's well-being should always take top priority. It is the only way that we can continue to do business, but it also lets us sleep well at night.

The third key to our success has been our initiative to develop and offer the tremendously innovative program called the Energy Efficient Mortgage. We are proud of the fact that we are the first company in Michigan to successfully do this mortgage, and we believe that we are serving our clients better by offering it. It's not often that you can get a family into a home, reduce their overall housing expense by 10-20%, and do something good for the environment at the same time.

Norman Ferrier - Branch Owner/Manager - Norm has been originating loans for over 19 years in this industry. Committed to serving his clients well, Norm enjoys getting his clients into the mortgage that is right for them. Having closed more than 4000 government loans in his career, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every loan he does. Norm has become very involved with understanding energy stay home building.
